Elke Vineyards had produced a wonderful Pinot Noir for a number of years but were having a hard time generating a steady revenue stream. They needed help finding cost effective ways to market and sell their wine.
Solution Increase higher margin direct to consumer sales via a website and email marketing to the existing customer list. Expand the direct customer list through online newsletters, a new wine club and customer referrals. The website was low cost to build and easy to maintain. It is refreshed quarterly. Emails are sent out five times a year. A few simple, focused marketing efforts have yield a 50% increase in sales year over year, and created a consistent profitable revenue flow.
